　　內容簡介： 

　　Raindrop微滴式數字PCR儀是Raindance公司最新研發的基于油包水PCR原理的數字PCR技術，利用把PCR反應體系分隔成上千萬個微滴的專利技術可以檢測大量野生背景中的稀有變異/突變，基因拷貝數變異。同時還可以分析基因表達、SNP與甲基化，對極低含量DNA進行絕對定量, 以及針對二代測序（NGS）檢測的目標區域進行富集。 

　　報告人簡介： 

　　Dr. Liu Yafei received his B.S from Peking University, and completed his PhD at University Southern California. After accomplished his postdoctoral research work at Stanford University and UC Berkeley, He spent more than 10 successful  years  on helping the world leading biotech companies such as Applied Biosystems, Illumina and Life Technologies to develop their market in Asia. Recently, he joined RainDance Technologies as the Head of commercial operation in Asia.
