復雜表型形成和適應性進化的組學基礎、分子機制和時空演化規律
研究方向是解析復雜表型形成和適應性進化的分子和細胞基礎、時空調控機制和演化規律,即基于基因組學、進化和計算生物學等多學科交叉,開發新分析方法,解析人/動物復雜表型/疾病的遺傳和表觀遺傳調控規律和機制,剖析內在驅動力(突變、遺傳漂變等)、自然和人工選擇、生態環境等對復雜表型的作用機制和調控特征模式。
